Returns Policy

Return's Policy:

All products from Caring Concepts are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993. This means that if any product you receive is faulty, simply return it to us with details of the fault and we will happily exchange it for you with another product freight free. If the product is no longer available or we are out of stock for 10 days, we will give you the option of:

  1. waiting for the product to come back into stock after we have advised you of the expected delivery time.
  2. receiving a full refund to the same value (refunds are only paid in the same way the payment was made. ie. Payments made by credit card are only refunded back to that same credit card.

Please e-mail us with notification of what you are returning and we will respond to you immediately with instructions (you will require a Return Authority Number).

Faulty Return's Policy:

Should you be unlucky to receive a faulty or damaged product, please e-mail or contact us by telephone on +64 9 578 2996. We will make arrangements to send you a replacement product (New Zealand only). All faulty products must be reported to us within 7 Days of receiving your package.

*International orders: Please contact us within 7 days of receiving your package via email for instructions on replacement of faulty products. We will respond to your email promptly.
